Monmouthshire Cottages Finalists in National Tourism Awards!

Monmouthshire Cottages have been selected as Finalists in the National Tourism Awards for Wales 2015!

First impressions mean everything!

The awards seek to  reward the tourism operator that best demonstrates how it makes every effort to ensure a visitor’s welcome is the best it can be. From overall efficiency, to customer service, the staff welcome and those ‘special touches’, it really can make all the difference in ensuring the visitor feels comfortable from the outset and is all the more likely to mention them to friends and return themselves in the future.

The winner will be committed to presentation, attention to detail and staff training and development to ensure each member of the team is informed and feels engaged in the business objectives at all times. They are committed to providing a real sense of place to visitors that is apparent as soon as they step over the door, and have in place a series of unique ‘touches’ to create a magical, memorable experience. And it will not just be how  guests are treated when they visit which is judged  – they  we will also be looking at the way contestants deliver a warm welcome through  marketing and their web site.

Final Results will be announced at the Awards dinner at the Vale Resort ,25 March 2015.
