After an awful journey it was a delight to find such a lovely cottage. Everything was just perfect and the extras much appreciated by us all!!! The weather was kind and we enjoyed sitting in the garden. Lots of dog friendly pubs in the area. The Black Bear is especially nice. Enjoyed the break so much intend to check the availability for September / October so hopefully will see you then. A delightful cottage in a beautiful location! We thoroughly enjoyed our walks around Usk, Hay on Wye, Monmouth and Wentwood forest. In the evenings we enjoyed the cottage and the thoughtful presents left by Fiona and Malcolm-wine doggy biscuit, blackcurrant,Vodka, welsh cakes… the list goes on. We’d love to come back again next year. Thank you for all the care and attention to detail. A very special 25th wedding anniversary for us. Fantastic weekend at gorgeous Vanilla Cottage.
