We have had a lovely weekend break with our daughter and her partner and our two dogs Bruno and Ruby. Loved the hot tub and wood burner was nice after our dip in the hot tub. Weve had a lovely week at Vanilla Cottage, and were blessed with great weather. The cottage is lovely, well equipped and in a beautiful and peaceful location. The garden is petfect for dog and child to play in, whilst the grown ups have a drink on the patio. We visited some lovely places: Usk Castle, Raglan Castle, Tintern Abbey and the three castles: White, Grosmont and Skenfrith. Further afield we visited some beautiful waterfalls near Merthyr and St Fagans museum near Cardiff. A great holiday- hope to return next year. Many thanks Katy, Dave, George and Doris the dog.
