We have really enjoyed our stay here at Foxes Reach. It really felt like home with every comfort. The hot tub was also a real bonus!!. We have enjoyed some great walks with the dogs along the Brecon to Monmouth canal, at Whitestone ( some really lovely views on a clear day) and at Trelleck Beacon where we got a bit lost and ended up walking further than we intended! However, we ended up in the Lion Inn for a well earned lunch. (Very welcoming and well worth a visit). Thank you for the treats and the flowers- a really nice touch. Fabulous stay with Granny and Grandpa en route to Devon. Felicity greatly enjoyed visiting local castles that I had visited as a child, Raglan, Coch, Whitecastle. We enjoyed morning walks through the woods on both sides of the river. The cottage suited our needs perfectly and was a super home away from home. We’ve loved our holiday at Foxes Reach. It more than met our expectations not least the sun shone every day😀 Consequently we spent most afternoons in the garden relaxing after some strenuous walks in the cooler mornings. Knowing the garden was escape proof for Flynn, our Welsh Springer Spaniel and having the luxury of lying on a sunbed made us truly relax in this very peaceful part of Monmouthshire. Thank you Fiona and Malcolm for everything but especially for giving us peace and privacy which are so important to us when we are on holiday.
