Fantastic weekend at gorgeous Vanilla Cottage. Very much enjoyed walking along river around Clytha Park, up Clytha Hill to the Fort ( Bluebells will be gorgeous there) and a refreshment at The Black Bear on the way back. Huge Thanks. We have enjoyed our few days in Vanilla Cottage. We have had some lovely walks in the glorious weather, and countryside. Vanilla Cottage is a really lovely place to come to recharge the batteries. What a wonderful cottage. We really enjoyed a weekend escape. Thanks Fiona for recommending the walk to Devil’s Pulpit. We walked up to this fantastic vantage point and built up an appetite. Sunday lunch at The Anchor was terrific. The log burner was fabulous. Thank you for the welcoming touches. We’d love to come back sometime. We have had a lovely few days staying in Vanilla Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed. The weather has been wonderfully spring like. We hsd some lovely local walks and ate at The Clytha Arms (great food). We really appreciated the warm welcome of wine, Tea and Welsh cakes.
